I just read this story on the CNNSI Web site. It seems that a person in England who makes his living diving for golf balls in ponds at golf courses has been arrested and jailed for six months. You can check out the story by clicking here. I’m guessing that the judge (or magistrate) in this case was a member at the club and dropped quite a few into the pond.
