A friend of mine sent me a new “joke,” which is probably more aptly described as an anecdote. Sounds like this could be some good, clean fun for the right person (perhaps someone parked in a handicapped space).

You know you’re getting old when you start to have medical procedures performed on you. Or in this case, to you. Please join me in re-living my harrowing colonoscopy procedure. I’ve finally finished something I started . . . it’s another article! After getting back from our two week vacation in July, things have been a bit hectic. Just as I had always suspected . . . beer is good for you! Now, I don’t have to call the daily beers alcoholism. It’s holistic health. In technology news, a big trend is to put televisions into vehicles, including into the steering wheel in place of the air bag. Now if I could only combine the beers with the TV and driving . . . not a good idea I guess.

I found this article about coincidence called The Odds of That quite interesting. I’m posting it in hopes that my brother, Richie, will read it and stop believing all the conspiracy theories on the Internet. My 20th year high school class reunion was this Saturday, and I had a great time. It was too short, but it was fun seeing people I hadn’t seen for years. Looking forward to the 25th! I should have a few new articles in a week or so - I know I’ve promised, but this time I mean it. Later!

As you might be able to tell (if you actually read this crap), I’ve been a little lax about updating the site. I guess I’ve been stretching myself a bit thin. A buddy of mine and I took a filmmaker course this week. It was great, and hopefully we’ll be able to use some of the info in our next project. I also received a nice little story about jewelry I think you’ll enjoy. My 20th year high school class reunion is this weekend, so it may be a couple of days before I finish some things I’m working on. But don’t worry - I’ll be back with some new stories soon - I promise!
