The World of Tomorrow

I’m getting ready to head out to Kansas for my cousin Amanda’s wedding this weekend. Looking forward to seeing a lot of family members I haven’t seen in years, as well as just getting out of the office for a few days. I’ve added a new column called The World of Tomorrow to the Articles page. Have a great week, and be back with some more exciting chuckbutt content soon!

Pounding the Silly Putty

I came across a couple of interesting, and hopefully amusing, articles. The first is about the recent surge in bulk Silly Putty sales. The second is about the naming of a new Viagra-like product. I’m working on a couple of new columns, so I’ll be brief today. I’m thinking about September 11th, and my thoughts go out to all the families, but I’m hoping we can move on as a nation. America has always been resilient, and I’m of the “bend but don’t break” philosophy towards tragedy. Have a thoughtful day, and I’ll “talk” to you soon.

Go Pats!

I’m a little tired today from watching the New England Patriots kick the Pittsburgh Steelers’ collective butts. I was at the Patriot’s new stadium, Gillette Stadium, in lovely Foxborough, Massachusetts last night for the team’s opener. What a night, and what a victory! In addition, I thought “Talk Like a Pirate Day” sounded like a great idea, so please join me on September 19, me hearty. Go Pats!

Turn The Page

I’ve just completed a column about my high school reunion. I had a good time, but in general, thinking back to high school is not my favorite hobby. But I’m wondering why I didn’t marry a world-class female sprinter. It seems I could help her performance, and vice versa. I’ve also added a new joke to the Jokes page that my brother submitted. Hopefully, he’s not stupid enough to actually try this. Later!
