Well, the first week of my diet is pretty much over, and the results are fairly decent. Here’s the updated stats:
Starting Weight: 241.5 pounds
Current Weight: 237.5 pounds
Weight Loss: -4 pounds
A loss of four pounds isn’t bad. And I wasn’t too hungry over the week, although the weekends tend to be pretty tough for me (too much sitting around and getting bored).
I’ve been walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill every morning, so now I’m going to up the exercise and use my Bowflex and Lifecycle every other day as well. This means I’ll have to get up earlier, but either my son or my dog wakes me before the alarm on most days anyways.
